Engel & Völkers expands in the Western Cape
With the increase in property markets over the last few years, the importance of expansion is inevitable. One province that has seen the most growth lately, is the Western Cape. The amount of interest from local as well as international buyers is drastically changing the face of real estate in the Western Cape, especially in Cape Town itself.
This has led to one of the world’s leading real estate agencies expanding their wings in Cape Town. The lastest addition being the Engel & Völkers City Bowl shop which recently opened its doors in the Gardens Shopping Mall, City Bowl. This shop is set to service areas such as Higgovale, Oranjezicht, Gardens, Tamboerskloof, Woodstock and Zonnebloem.
Engel & Völkers City Bowl, as the shop is known, was opened by Paul Turner who is also the Licence Partner of Engel & Völkers Sea Point and Camps Bay. Paul, coming from international markets, adds a wealth of experience to the property market in Cape Town.
“One of our main focuses over the last few years is expansion in key areas such as the main metropolis. This has allowed us to increase the sales dramatically in what is still a volatile market. We are very fortunate to have Paul Turner opening this shop as he has all the experience and skills required to make a success of the shop”, says Craig Hutchison CEO of Engel & Völkers Southern Africa.
“The areas that are covered by the new Engel & Völkers shop have received tremendous interest from potential buyers of late and it is time to bring the unique Engel & Völkers brand to the area. We know that the brand will do extremely well in the area and through our unique offering we intend to offer a service a level above the rest”, Paul Turner added.
